  Gilbert Foust earned an AA & BA in International Studies, and a MA in Professional Communications. As Executive Director, Dr. Foust is uniquely positioned to spearhead the "Global Youth Leaders for Humanity" initiative. His professional experience encompasses two decades of international community project development. His proficiency in linguistics, coupled with 30 years of leadership and mentorship experience as a senior martial arts instructor forms the backbone of this international and educational initiative. His work in missionary projects globally exemplifies a deep understanding of the diverse needs of youth across different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Mr. Mageto's career endeavors were preceded by attaining a B.A. in Theological Studies and graduate studies in International Management. He later made significant contributions to NATO as a TVET advisor and the U.S. Departments of State and Defense as an executive development advisor. Additionally, he has developed his financial management acumen in the roles of real estate investor and registered investment advisor.

With a rich foundation of intercultural engagement spanning over 70 countries, Myron's experiences have yielded a wealth of cultural understanding and strategic insight that will greatly benefit Humanity Pathways Global. His unique background and concern for disenfranchised communities is keenly aligned with our mission to cultivate a new generation of adept, resourceful, and compassionate leaders.

  Moreen C. Ronoh is a passionate storyteller with experience in marketing and digital strategy. Her journey has threaded through startups & NGOs, where she has refined her expertise in crafting compelling digital narratives and leading impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. As a journalist, she has cultivated a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling in driving meaningful change, weaving this passion into every project she undertakes.

Moreen is the founder of Unlimited Sis Initiative, a growing non-profit dedicated to amplifying conversations around menstrual and mental health equity. Through this initiative, she empowers youth and women, sparking dialogue and action on often-overlooked issues. Her contributions to African Female Voices have further allowed her to elevate stories that matter most to women and girls across Africa, reinforcing her commitment to advocacy and empowerment. In her free time, she volunteers to make a difference wherever she can, using creativity and communication to inspire, connect and drive positive change.

Deon Saunders is a Certified Jenkins Engineer and Data Scientist. Previous climate science academic researcher. Highly skilled in Python data structures and algorithms, statistical data analysis, prediction modeling, relational dbs, disturbed computing, and building scalable backend micro-services. Cloud advocate.

  Justina is a passionate legal professional with a strong foundation in various international legal disciplines, specializing in family law and child welfare advocacy. A graduate of the University of Ilorin, she has a dedication to child rights and mental well-being within the family unit. Through experience at Sun-Natha Alade and Co., the High Court of Oyo, and Chaman Law Firm, Justina has developed expertise in litigation, legal research, and advocacy, positioning her as a dynamic professional ready to effect meaningful change.

Beyond legal practice, Justina brings a unique blend of expertise in virtual community management and client relations, gained through her workat El-Talehs Foundation. Her ability to merge legal knowledge with interpersonal skills makes her a well-rounded professional dedicated to social impact. With a keen adaptability and a commitment to justice, Justina aims to contribute meaningfully to legal reforms and community development, advocating for a more just and stable society.

Nseobong Ezekiel Etuk, an executive consultant working from Mkpat Enin LGA, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, is a visionary leader dedicated to driving transformative growth and sustainable development. With over 15 years experience as a keynote speaker, personal development coach, leadership enthusiast and author, he has a passion for empowering businesses and entrepreneurs through tailored solutions to help businesses thrive and succeed.

He studied Business Administration and Management at Metropolitan State University of Denver, Colorado, Communication Studies at Oral Robert University, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Pre Law at Community College of Denver. He has certifications in Leadership and Mentorship from SDA, North American Division, Maryland, More Leadership Academy, Uyo and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Google. He is also Head of Strategy for Cocktail and Grillfest (Lagos and Uyo), Chief Operations Officer for EP Education Hub, Founder and host of Entrepreneurs Workshop and Business Mentorship (EWBM).

Josue Rios, Bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Michigan - Dearborn, is a lifelong learner, a leader, and a fire starter. Known for his versatile skillsets, ranging from leadership to music production, and media production, he is eager to vitalize and develop anything thrown his way. Serving communities since childhood, Josue knows what it takes to lead. 

He has engaged with various project management, learning management, music production, and graphic design technologies to serve 10 organizations and 1500+ students. He has directed, performed, and taught music to inspire youth and adults across the Midwest. Most importantly, he has cultivated, counseled, and empowered his environments to foster community, creativity, and a future-forward focus. Rest assured, he's got your back.

 Christie Nelson, our Chief Development Officer (CDO), obtained her degree in Communications from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada. She has continued with her work as a developments leader, news-reporter, Windsor-Essex County school board trustee, and Co-Founder of the NGO, Family Fuse. 

Christie brings invaluable insight into advocating for marginalized children within the education system. Her successful expansion of Family Fuse over the last three years demonstrates her capability in growing and managing impactful youth-focused programs.

  Shawn McDonough is a seasoned senior executive with over three decades of experience addressing complex business challenges on a global scale. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Fresno State University. 

 Mr. McDonough has held leadership roles across diverse industries, including retail, IT, banking, automotive, and nonprofits. His expertise spans strategy development, financial controls, risk management, client relations, and executive leadership. 

Mr. McDonough worked in Europe for 10 years and extensively across Asia. This international exposure equips him with a comprehensive global perspective that he brings to his current role at Humanity Pathways Global. Based in the Detroit, Michigan metro area, Mr. McDonough is a key leader contributor to Humanity Pathways Global’s mission of empowering communities through education, vocational training, and leadership development to address economic and social inequalities.

 Nydia L. Mejias brings over 20 years of experience in operational strategy, customer success, and cloud solutions. A visionary leader, she specializes in optimizing processes, enhancing organizational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth. Her expertise in SaaS implementation, post-merger integrations, and cross-functional team alignment will ensure that HPG operates with agility and effectiveness, maximizing its global impact. Nydia is known for implementing scalable engagement strategies that improve stakeholder experiences, strengthen brand trust, and develop long-term success.

Nydia prioritizes team empowerment, collaboration, and professional development. She leads efforts to streamline operations, enhance digital transformation, and align internal workflows with HPG’s mission of creating positive global change. Her focus on customer advocacy and operational efficiency enables HPG to scale its initiatives, deliver measurable impact, and expand its reach in underserved communities.   Amanda is a dedicated and resourceful professional with over seven years of experience in Administration, customer service and Marketing. Amanda is a strategic thinker,  passionate about encouraging growth and collaboration. Her expertise in managing relationships, streamlining processes, and delivering impactful training programs equips her to transform challenges into opportunities.

Amanda has supported teams across industries by leveraging her knowledge of CRM tools, virtual platforms, and operational best practices. She has worked with organizations to enhance efficiency, empower individuals, and drive sustainable solutions.
