His proficiency in linguistics, coupled with 30 years of leadership and mentorship experience as a senior martial arts instructor forms the backbone of this international and educational initiative. His work in missionary projects globally exemplifies a deep understanding of the diverse needs of youth across different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
Rodrigo Azeredo is a seasoned Compliance and Risk Management professional with over 20 years of global expertise in corporate integrity, governance, and operational resilience. As Vice-Chair of the Executive Board at Humanity Pathways Global (HPG), he brings a wealth of experience in leading FCPA audits across continents, developing compliance frameworks, and fostering ethical cultures that align governance with business objectives. His proficiency in risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and governance innovation ensures that HPG remains a forward-thinking organization with strong ethical foundations.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Rodrigo’s MBA and legal background equip him with the expertise to guide boards and executive teams through complex regulatory landscapes while maintaining a focus on sustainability, ethics, and strategic growth. His leadership in ISO 37001 & ISO 37701 standards, AML, ESG, and corporate governance strengthens HPG’s commitment to transparency and accountability. Passionate about empowering organizations, Rodrigo plays a pivotal role in ensuring HPG’s governance structures support its global mission and long-term impact..
Mr. Mageto's career endeavors were preceded by attaining a B.A. in Theological Studies and graduate studies in International Management. He later made significant contributions to NATO as a TVET advisor and the U.S. Departments of State and Defense as an executive development advisor. Additionally, he has developed his financial management acumen in the roles of real estate investor and registered investment advisor.
With a rich foundation of intercultural engagement spanning over 70 countries, Myron's experiences have yielded a wealth of cultural understanding and strategic insight that will greatly benefit Humanity Pathways Global. His unique background and concern for disenfranchised communities is keenly aligned with our mission to cultivate a new generation of adept, resourceful, and compassionate leaders.
Since our founding in 2005, Humanity Pathways Global has helped thousands of individuals and families in our community. From providing emergency assistance to helping people find stable housing, we are proud of the impact we have made. Shawn McDonough is a seasoned senior executive with over three decades of experience addressing complex business challenges on a global scale. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Fresno State University.
Mr. McDonough has held leadership roles across diverse industries, including retail, IT, banking, automotive, and nonprofits. His expertise spans strategy development, financial controls, risk management, client relations, and executive leadership.
Mr. McDonough worked in Europe for 10 years and extensively across Asia. This international exposure equips him with a comprehensive global perspective that he brings to his current role at Humanity Pathways Global. Based in the Detroit, Michigan metro area, Mr. McDonough is a key leader contributor to Humanity Pathways Global’s mission of empowering communities through education, vocational training, and leadership development to address economic and social inequalities.
